Sorry Belgie. Really was pulling for Belgium. Full credit to France, though. They were able to adapt to Belgium's pressure after the first 30 mins and really controlled the mid-field after that. It was unfortunate they were on this side of the bracket.

France deserved the win, but were overwhelming favorites to win Euros '16 and choked. Portugal were not a good team then. I hope England win tomorrow and would have a good chance to beat France.

This year in this world cup , Belgium had the team to win the world cup with world class players . So it a was a matter of now or never !

Today against France , Belgium played below level . Today France was better , accurate on the ball and their counter attacks were faster .
Belgian middle line was a joke and full of gaps ...
Lukaku touched only 3-4 times the ball...Hazard was fast and pretty good . Defence from France was outstanding while the Belgian defence screwed during 90 min.
Tactical Belgium was nowhere ...
