Rough Idle and Acceleration

Hello everyone,

I am seeking help pinpointing a problem I have been having with my car for the past few months.

I have a 2009 BMW 528i with Xdrive, roughly 275k KM.
I am dealing with engine misfiring and rough idle. It does it even on the highway when I am accelerating.

Did anyone deal with something similar? I want to look into it before sending it to a mechanic.

Not possible to gelp you without scanning for codes. Could be anything. Spark plugs, inhectors, coils, low compression just to name a few. Without scanning the car it’s anyone’s guess.
