Got results back from some x-rays on my back I had done a little while ago. Normal mild degeneration for someone my age. In other words, arthritis. Oh well, at least it's normal and nothing to worry about.

It still hurts.

More stretching, bending, warming up in the morning. Rub some lidocaine on when it becomes bothersome.

Part of getting older.

If I sit in one place for more than 15 minutes, it takes me 30 seconds or so after I stand up to be able to stand straight. My back stiffens up faster than Quikrete.

In that same boat the last 20 years or so, mostly sciatica. The arthritis and degenerative disc has been the biggest issue the last few years. Agree the stretching and exercise helps. A little ibuprofen and Tylenol once in awhile for the arthritis. Sciatica is a whole nother story that includes steroids.

Just learned to know my limitations when it comes to protecting my back.

Anyone remember Woolco? And check out that price for a 2-pack of replacement tips. I'm not sure but the date on that price sticker appears to be 02/90.

I have unopened spares for many tools/blades that I purchased at Rich’s in New Hampshire. I lived there from 1980-82. I consider those some of my newer items.
