I turned 75 some months ago. I believe you and I are supposed to be driving old well-maintained Oldsmobiles or Pontiacs in the fast lane on the freeway at 10 under the speed limit with our left turn signals on.

Actually, I have to admit that I have slowed down on the road in the last year or two. I drive my M3 mostly in the slow lane at 5 over or so and let the speed demons hurry by.

I hurt after 5-1/2 hours of doing anything, including sleep.

I repaired a small leak in our irrigation system yesterday. It was just a cracked 1/4" drip line, but in an awkward spot near our AC unit, plus had to do a little bit of digging. It took about 30 minutes.

Then I had to take the rest of the day off, including a long soak in my spa to relax sore joints and muscles, along with a big glass of Chard.
