Is the Welt closed right now?

As part of my ED I'm trying to schedule my day at the Welt and I'm not getting an e-mail back, my CA thinks they are closed for 2 weeks in August? Strange that there would not be an auto-reply in this case though.

While there is normally an August shutdown, I don't think it affects the Welt. At least there's nothing on the Welt's website to support it. In fact, I think most plants are NOT closing this year due to demand.

Parts of BMW's operations usually shut down in August, but it seems to be agreed upon that this year they didn't shut down due to demand.

Is there a number you can use? Email isn't really reliable for these kinds of things.
