Might as well keep the O-Theme going.

New deployment clasp and straps in the mail, so it'll be changed in a bit

Do they have sales tax there? And are you going to declare it? I've always been nervous about buying something internationally..

A watch is easy to get through, just wear it. Hard to prove it is new...
It is a lot more difficult with stuff still in boxes.

We travel home from Jamaica every christmas with new watches (Jaegars, IWC, etc.) and never declare. Hell, usually the watches are left in the boxes. Never had a problem.

I haven't had any issues either with stuff in boxes. But it is a lot harder to explain IF you get pulled over for a random check with a box wrapped in plastic compared to wearing a watch on the arm.

True story.

Speaking of travel! This is the ONLY watch that goes on my wrist when I travel...Because it's titanium it's been through security metal detectors all over the world!

Nice Aerospace! I happen to have mine on today, I don't wear it often but I'm always amazed at how light it is when I pick it up.

Had to chime in

This is my Breitling Chronomat B01. Been my "Daily Driver" for over 2 years now and I have the scratches to prove it, lol. I love this watch, looks great with a suit or when I am chilling in shorts and flip flops. I have a separate rubber strap that I use when I go on vacation etc. I also have my trusty Rolex Sub that I got as a present for my 40th.

Next will be a killer Hublot Classic Fusion in CF

No I was referring to the extra unexpected expense along with my trip and euro delivery.

I did also have questions regarding customs. Does the US impose duties on incoming luxury items over $1600 if you declare?
