natural test boosters

Here's a list of supplements that I take on a daily basis due to research and personal success with them. These mostly free up your testosterone from sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). Put simply, free testosterone is what your body benefits from. Think of it as your net pay, whereas total testosterone is your gross pay. I'm a 46 year old male for reference so supplementation and proper diet it imperative for me.

Boron
Zink (with copper added)
vitamin D
Acetyl L-Carnitine
stinging nettle "root"

The aftermarket miracle stuff like Nugenix is a waste of money IMO. Get a script from your doctor or a qualified clinic for the real stuff if you want to go down the TRT pathway.

Anyone use any other supplements to improve their manhood?

So what are your before/after T numbers from bloodwork results?

Benefits . . . in what way?

If I understand your question, I figured that's what the Porsche was for? Maybe try a Corvette?

Great question. Like the idiot who dynos their car without a baseline, I don't have before numbers as I wasn't really interested until recently. I did just order a lab test from Request A Test for $100 so I'm looking forward to the results.

You got it, scheduled for Jan 28.

I also just discovered Tongkat Ali/Longjack and picked up a bottle. Big Pharma hates these supplements that are effective.

My personal belief, TRT, although synthetic, is a natural way to optimize hormones in older men who are on the downside of their bodies ability to produce adequate testosterone. Pin away I say.

I'd bet that those supplements have minimal affect on your overall levels - not trying to be a downer either. Placebo most likely, which isn't a bad thing, if your mental changes then you'll see benefits just by thinking you can now perform even better. I use to take a shload of supplements, took me years to realize I was wasting a lot of money. Anymore I just take protein and really that is just because it is an easy meal for my breakfast.

As some of these guys are alluding to, TRT is the guaranteed route as you are constantly monitoring and supplementing to ensure level are optimal.

Isn't injectable Testosterone synthesized from wild Mexican yams? To me that is more natural then your common bottle of vitamins, which are synthesized from coal tar, a by product of coal/gas. Google it, can't make this stuff up.

Most test boosters are junk, a few do work but only a mild effect and your body quickly gets used to it IMHO. TRT is the only way to go, find a good doc in your area who does TRT as many docs won't do anything if your T is in spec, even if it's just a few points away from that of a 90 year old.

Be warned, if you go on TRT, your drive is going to be like it was in your 20's. If your significant other isn't up for it, relationship complications ahead....And if your single, get ready for alot of one handed web surfing until a partner that can keep up is found...

This is more fun than listening to anti-Vaxxers rationalize their resistance.
Bunch of old men wanting to be . . . horny old men?

The health benefits with getting your testosterone back to optimal levels is tremense. Does increased libido come with that? Sure, but to me that isn't typically the reason people go about it. Both mental and physical benefits. Now if you abuse the TRT, things can obviously go south.

I'm just a research worm though, I've never done TRT, but understand what is involved. I'm still young and my levels are good - when I get older and after kids, if I see signs of low T then I plan to be checked and supplement accordingly. I feel that it is stupid just to deal with that if there is a safe and approved fix that leads to a whole bunch of positives. Don't confuse this with an easy fix though, I feel you should always tackle a problem from the least aggressive manner to the most. If strict diet and exercise isn't producing results then there is more than likely a problem with your hormones.

That is a fascinating comparison and some interesting mental gymnastics (people pro injecting pharmaceuticals are the same as those that are anti vaccine...what??? Love to understand your logic on that one ). I'm guessing your in your late 60's, perfect age group to benefit from TRT. There are so many benefits of TRT beyond sex drive, why are you TRT hesitant?

Studies have shown that low T levels can contribute to Alzheimer's. That's enough to open some eyeballs. Here's just one study.

Zinc (add in Quercetin to make zinc more effective, also a good immune booster verse covid. Can’t prevent it, but can help you recover quicker)
Vitamin D (also a good immuno booster against covid)

Yes, Zinc definitely but with copper added.
I take D3 in mega doses. I've read it's actually a hormone, not necessarily a vitamin.
The porn thing....I think it's the semen retention aspect that's hugely beneficial. I mean this stuff is potent enough to create life so why waste it?! I know if I go a few days without nutting, sexual intercourse or....otherwise, I feel stronger overall. Ideally, going weeks or even months is the goal but my willpower simply can't cope and I doubt few guys could.

I've been in the nutrition/supplement space for about 10 years. Some ingredients we have had positive feedback from customers with (also ones that have had blood taken) are below. Now, many of these people taking these has "lower" test levels to begin with, and that's important...but here are a few:

- Ashwaganda
- Zinc
- Shilojit
- Anacyclus Pyrethrum
- Tongkat Ali (Talked about on Joe Rogan recently)

Again, best to get your bloods taken to get a baseline and see if any of these do help.

I was taking Ashwaganda for its calming effect. Had no idea it can help boost test.

Anyone know about this Turkesterone "natural anabolic"? Joe Rogan and the More plates, better dates guy have talked about it.

ill stick to my porn and roids thank you very much

To OP, all these "natural" test booster dont do a whole lot. since you dont have baseline blood work, you wont know where you started, but Id be surprised if it was actually up a noticeable amount.
