Glad I was not in my E90 yesterday...

Look how someone parked next to my Subaru yesterday. No damage was done fortunately, so I stayed calm and laughed at person that did this.

If it had been my E90, I would have probably been posting this from jail while awaiting trial for attempted manslaughter.

but u did kinda park on the line...lol..gotta give the sentra credit...not bad for a tight squeeze...how did you end up getting out with the mirror in the way?

True - but the car to the right of me was an SUV taking up two slots in a space that was marked for compacts only. That doesn't give the Sentra the right to HIT my car. I'm just glad there wasn't any damage. I would have probably been in the wrong for parking badly, from an insurance perspective.

I just can't believe that the other driver didn't notice (at least that's what she claimed when I saw her). I had to wait for her to come back because I couldn't move my car out.

What annoyed me most, was that she wouldn't apologize, because to do so would be to admit liability in some way. A simple sorry would have been nice.

Like I said before, I'm just glad it's my 5 year old beater car and not my E90 that got hit.

+1 ... learn how to park before bitching at others...you put your car in that situation by being lazy and not looking for another spot. SUV on your right and parked on the left line...what else would you expect?!!

now that i look at that picture...i'm pretty sure i woulda snapped off her passenger side mirror and then backed out....it would of taught her not to do that ever again

glad nothing got damaged especially those bug eyes of yours. I know you had a reason for parking on the line like that but why couldn't you park in where the sentra parked? I dont' like parking next to SUVs to begin with. One of them scratched the mirror on my E90 but my dad said it was fine because he didn't want to do insurance things to make everything so very expensive. Now I have to touch it up

actually the suv taking up two spaces gives you no right to take up two yourself, but you taking up two spaces doesnt give the sentra the right to park so close to you and take your mirror out

the sentra could have avoided it, but your still at fault for taking up two spaces yourself and have no reason to bitch and moan

although the fact that she didnt notice helps to explain things

i just cant believe how close you guys are parked though O_o, looks like she would have had to go straight in, theres no other way to have gotten so close to you

Man! That sucks....I would have still bitched at her. So you are a bit over....no way that gives her the right to park all the way up and bend your mirror like that. She must realize that you can't get into your car...and that you can't get out. I probably would have broken her mirror off.
