Always had an attraction to the quirky minis over the years but that one looks like a pile of reindeer poo. Design engineer needs to get the axe like a Christmas goose.

Love it but not for $60k CAD - the Golf R really limits the GP to who will consider this (really just MINI enthusiasts) instead of trying to appeal to the masses.
With that said, while I will pass on the GP, the 300HP+ output will make it to the next generation JCW MINI Cooper and will be a lot more reasonable. |

Add another to the ugly fender flares camp as well. Can't be easy to clean around those either... |

Those flares look like cheap plastic - which they probably are. Might have looked worthwhile if they had simply made the body panels wider.
