Hot Leather Seats
I've got a black exterior, black interior 528i (leather) and it is scorching hot here in the south - 120 F+. Everytime I get in the car, I feel like I'm on the grill.
Without cooling seats, do you have any suggestions on what to use to alleviate this? maybe cooling mats? any recommendations? Thanks |

put a towel on top of leather seat? that's what i do in order to keep the leather in good condition plus i don't feel like an egg on the pan.
or you can look into those solar power fan that hook up on the window? |

i always thought you could set the fan to come on at a predetermined time in iDrive? im in FL, and even though it can be 90 outside, it's still cooler than 125 inside of the car. ive never bothered since my grey interior never gets that hot, but i swear i remember seeing that setting somewhere in iDrive.
