Angry Need help with this HID problem?!?!?

Alright so I'm installing DDMTuning.com HID kit for a 2004 525i and changed both the fog lights and headlights. Well the fog lights work fine and nothing really happens with the car. The headlights are driving me crazy! I connected them and checked all connections and everything is perfectly connected. They flicker like crazy then randomly shut off! Also they turned on lights in the dash. DSC, like the limited traction control is off. Also the speedometer shut off and so did the light and couldn't see how fast I was going. I installed this kit on many cars and know there not cheap. What do I do? Does anyone know or have any ideas on solutions. Any advice would help greatly! Thanks
