my 525i wont start

Can someone help me, my hazards are on and the car wont start can someone give me an idea how to fix it

It was the bst (battery safety cable). Its located on the positive cable for the battery terminal a little black box, it was triggered so i had to bypass the black box, in other cut off the black box and run it direct.
