End of eBay 10/15% off coupons?

Just wondering if these 10/15% coupons would ever return. The months leading up to Christmas, seemed as if these coupons were popping up on a regular basis. Since Christmas, haven't seen anything. Or will they'll return during the next Christmas buying season?

I thought I was just a cheapskate, but yes was wondering that earlier today actually.

I’m trying to buy some Ferrari parts for my old 308 and there just a rip-off on there 3k for a book come on now, I’m trying to get some radiator fans I buy only authentic stuff so yea it’s expensive

Wait until the end of each financial quarter when they have to release numbers to Wall Street....that's when you will see these (to show/inflate "how many people are buying" and "how much in sales they did"). Seriously.

Not a coupon per se, but the latest offer is Ebay bucks. 10% up to a maximum of $100 using the app. Looks like if you buy something and earn, say $100 Ebay bucks, then you have $100 to apply toward your next purchase?
