How Great Is Chipotle?

For Mexican fastfood I prefer baja fresh or qdoba. But nothing beats an authentic Mexican ma and pop joint. Chipotle FTL

I've had really mixed experiences with Baja!Fresh. Some have been really good while others have sucked big time.

I friggin hate Moe's. To those who live in Tex: yes, you guys have it made when it comes to TexMex food, pitty those of us who are forced to eat chain mexican food

the tortilla itself is almost 300 calories and 44 grams of carbs!

add everything else, sodium is now at 2200 mg

Moe's southwest... wasn't too amazed by it last time.

Chipotle and Qdoba FTW. Not a fan of Baja Fresh.

As for the comments about real Mexican/Texmex. You don't go to these places for the authenticity - you go because it's just plain good. There are plenty of legit Mexican places in Phoenix, but sometimes you just are in the mood for something else.

The thing I've noticed about Moe's is that it really depends on the owner. Moe's are franchises whereas Chipotle is corporate. I've noticed that every Chipotle I've been to really marshals cleanliness and consistency. Moe's... not so much.
