Reporting spam posts

How do we report spam posts... like the top entry in the DIY section?

On the bottom left hand corner of a post, you can select the "Report Post" option. This option appears as a small caution sign.

This is a tool for the following:
"Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts. "
