I feel like I've written in here in the past...but here goes....DON'T come up to me from across the way, asking some stupid ass question WHILE I'm lifting bout "you on that over there (several machines away- never touched them).

So damn annoying...


I've actually gotten into an argument, damn near throwing punches, in this scenario...dude didn't like my sarcastic eye roll answer I guess

You could always try NOT being a dick you know. Why put the extra effort, it's obviously getting into your head for some reason.

And if you were about to throw punches over someone asking if you were using equipment, you are one of the things that annoy me at the gym.

Why is Monday always Chest day for everyone? I rotate thru various parts, mixing in runs. But if I happen to end up on Monday/chest, I find something else to do. Sometimes that includes not going/working on the table muscle.

Always do legs on Monday. Get the hardest weekly workout done first and never have to fight for a squat rack.

Ah gotta love the new people! This guy used the flat bench for dumbbell rows when clearly there was 3 open benches that he could've used only 2 months to go before these people quit

I've seen a big time decrease in people over the last week or two at my gym. It was crazy busy in there about a month ago.My gym was doing a promotion where if you get someone to sign up you get two months free. I suspect that to be the culprit, promotion ended, and the new people are gone .

It's been at least 2 months since the last 3 times I complained to the front desk that the water fountain out on Muscle Beach doesn't water. Between sets I have to walk to another part of the gym to get a sip. I'm incorporating the random ab bench on my strolls.

They make these cool things that let you carry your own drink around. Pretty nifty products! Blender Bottle is one of my preferred containers for working out.

I'm a minimalist, plus with all the free minerals in the local water supply, I need that boost.
When I go, the only things I bring into the gym are my keys and my pool chamois. Both of those get stashed out by the pool in a corner, until I get into the Olympic ice bath/Jacuzzi.

I go on with good intentions. Walk outside and the curl rack is empty. Bar is already loaded perfect. 2x12 sets of squats went well. Hands on the bar, duck my head to lean under and

HAMMY!!!!! I pull my hammy just getting under the freaking bar
