Tried almost everything. I love the smooth feel of Core Fury mixed with some pure beta alanine and lots of times I choose a black coffee with stevia and a quest bar if I have a 2 plus hour session in front of me.

Never used a pre-workout before (just eat breakfast [oatmeal, protein shake, peanut butter, and a banana] and workout). Gonna give it a try.

I use DS Frenzy now after they discontinued amphetamine-laden DS Craze which I used before. I recommend Frenzy, it is as strong as Craze (or at least close) but you can actually sleep after it (for me DS Craze meant no sleep though I still felt sprightly and refreshed in the morning due to all the meth it contained).

I use rope for skipping. It really makes my body sweat and stretch my arms, legs and whole upper body.

Right now I'm taking 1 cap of AnaBeta, 3 scoops of GlycerGrow, and 1 scoop of Maxmize v2. The energy is killer in the gym and the pumps are awesome as well.

C4 has been my go-to pre. But latly I find it losing it's awesomeness, maybe I just over used it??

I'a trying one called Pre Jym right now. It's a bit more costly with less servings per bottle, but apparently the guy has a PhD in this, and the ingrediants seem to be heavy on aminos/bcaa. So even if it doesnt do much for prework, I guess I'm still getting in the amino acids LOL.

Next I'm gona try PPK.

Also if anyone follows DYE on facebook, They have their own pre workout now about to hit shelfs. I doubt it's gona be any good but who knows???

Arnold pump did the opposite, It taste so bad and made me feel sick right befor I finish each set. Too bad, I really wanted to like a product Arnold put his name on.

I don't do pre-workout anymore but when I did it was jack3d or superpump. I work out kinda late and would have a hard time going sleeping on that stuff.

After Working at GNC for many years, The two most popular that we would sell are: C4 and Vault

My personal favorite until my store stopped carrying it and/or was taken off the market was Black Powder.

Any more, I have gotten away from caffeine completely and have been taking GNC Preworkout Amino Complex. Other than that, Some simple Carbs with a high glycemic Index and some sore of Free form Arginine.

I'll eat a banana, some graham crackers or a bagel (toasted) with cheese and mustard.
