Looks great! I like both canned and fresh anchovies. Recent pic a few posts ago was fresh anchovies.

I need to rededicate myself to eating more fish!

Tomato, onion and cheese sandwich!

Tomatoes, onions, parmesan, mayo, S&P and oregano on freshly baked semolina bread. Tasty summer sandwich!

With Pepperoncini on the side and fresh pear for dessert.

Semolina bread turned out great. Aesthetics don’t make the grade so it will not appear in the “Baking” thread!

Homemade chicken soup. I baked some thighs last evening and de-boned them for hot chicken sandwich later today. I used the stock and added broth, Orzo, spices and left over bits of chicken.

Soba noodles with dried sardines, nori and kimchi. Seasoned with sesame oil and tamari.

Flavor is off the chart. Fresh jar of kimchi = hot!
