Impossible. You sacrifice cardio for bulk and would gas out fast. I've seen guys like you try to run and you can't maintain even a moderate pace for distance.

Earlier today at the gym, there were about 10 empty TM's but this chick had to get on the treadmill right next to me and started running faster than me for an hour straight, fucked up my rythm.

Not really bulking , never did...That's why my veins are always visible and in the gym with my blood pump it looks a little beastly .

Note: Back in my school time I was running as the best ...I was always in the top 3 from out of + 400 runners ...
So I never forgot what running actually is , and I loved the Endorfine too .
In short....I am/was good in all sports , also in Belgian competition biking .
