But from what I'm reading from your statement you missed a lot from Belgium .
The only thing that really sucks about Belgium are the prices and insane taxes and yearly driver taxes => about $2250 USD every single year for my car !
Bring you back to Belgium with this video => Stop the video at exactly 3:35 min. runtime and you can see where I live , and the road where I drive my car 2-3 times a week , built by the Romans BC !

Ever since my kid's vacation, I've been on forums off and on 7+ hours. My kid is currently at grandma's place. Since I have arthritis on my finger at this time, I can only type and click on the mouse button.

I saw on the f8x forums that you were 65+ so I'm not going to disrespect you since I do have respect for my elders, but even I- in my 20s know that OT is a totally different monster than the regular forums.

You can't come in here taking much of anything too seriously, otherwise you're in for a bad time. Best thing to do if it bothers you- is simply lurk and laugh.

If you honestly consider joking around throwing out intelligence or morals, you've definitely grown up in a different era. Nothing against you, but times have changed (since now I know you're older). Fun back in the day for you may have been playing kickball, fun for us is ragging on each other and making light of situations.

Don't let your own ideals dilute what is actually happening around here. Just because you don't think it's "fun", doesn't mean it's true. Open your horizons a little bit, nobody else seems to be upset about how we talk in OT other than you.

I appreciate that you stand by your definition of fun, and I'm not going say it's wrong, but at the same time, it's okay to step out of what you're used to every now and then.

I get where you're coming from.
But being that it's established that the majority disagree on what's funny/not- personally, if I didn't find something amusing, id simply leave instead of raining on others parades.

That's just me though.

I kid you not, some of the people are on a different than their normal mood today. I thought it was me at first, but after I read past 6 threads up I don't it it is me. 6-7 other threads are all continuously same.

After Lups interview, I mainly read member suggesting bimmette to interview other members. It was fun and nice to get to know more members. Maybe I missed some of the postings on this thread.
