You're right. For me when ti's green i can usually see it as green and same with red by themselves. But depending on the shade of green it can look grey sometimes and red looks brown to me sometimes. If i try to look too hard, everything looks grey. lol. That's why I can't go pick out shirts with ddifferent colors by myself b/c that'll mess up my color vision. haha

I was at Macys with a friend a few years back and I was looking for some work shirts. I was into the whole striped shirts thing and there was a stack of them that were on sale. I ask my buddy what color the stripes were and he said they are dark green. I say ok and I keep going around the table. A couple minutes later I see another shirt and I'm like cool this one looks nice. I ask my friend hey what color is THIS one? He says "man that's the same shirt foo!"


One time I was at Barnes and Noble reading a SLAM magazine and there was this ad for a new basketball shoe. I show my friend and i'm like "damn these shoes are hot! Raiders colors! Silver and Black!". My friend is looking at me funny and he's like "that aint silver and black. That's silver and Green!" I felt pretty stupid. haha

That's classic dude. I always try and stare at colors for a bit to determine what they are if I'm having trouble. I'm lucky to not have as bad a problem as you. That has to get annoying.
