Oh, yeah you're back on track. Ha Alcohol is hit or miss for me, I either crash and sleep like a baby or wake up a 1-2am and have a terrible night.

Definitely, I saw plenty of that when I was in the market. Saved me a ton of time and energy not having to list it publicly either. I literally ran into him at a bar in town and that's how I found out they were looking.

It's a hit with me, always good.

That's pretty funny actually. First time renting it out?

What's your drink of choice? I would normally say I'm a beer guy, but I go through phases.

Yeah, first time through it. Been busy the last few months with repairs and inspections and all that jazz, so it's nice to almost be there and bring in some money rather than the other way around.

Miller Fortune because it's $12 for a 12 pack of 6.9% beers. Then I drink a lot of wine. Cabernet mostly. Chardonnay. Then when I feel like sipping, whiskey, of any variation. Green Apple Crown Royal is pretty good, Walker black label when I'm feeling fancy.

Good for you. That's been a consideration with this house, but it's leery because the tenants would be strangers.

I spend too much on beer. Buy almost all bombers at 5-10 a piece, worse than going out almost.

Is it really that high ABV? Never tried it, but now I'm curious. I would think it would be too alcohol-y tasting for most light lagers, so maybe it has more going on than I assumed. Haven't tried the Crown Apple, but I really like Crown Maple. Crown Maple + Butterscotch Schnapps = Pancake Shots = Glorious.

Thanks. Yeah my place is a duplex so the concern of strangers is a little less since there is some separation. But I get that. I had a lot of odd characters asking me when it would be ready to rent when they'd pass me on the street, very few would I want to share space with.

Don't tempt me. I won't get my next tasking until a meeting later today, I've already been sitting on my thumb all day.

Yeah, those aren't great bang for the buck, but I'll be damned if they aren't some of the tastiest beers out there.

Yeah I like to try everything. Not really looking for bang for buck usually just finding some great beers and going broke.

I do but tend not to like most. I'm an ipa guy mostly. European ipa's tend to have a floral quality to them as do their hef's which I hate. I like more of a citrus, piney flavor with my bitterness.

Yup, that's why I drink it, plus it tastes good for an American beer. It's not a light beer, it's not Miller Light, it's just Miller Fortune. It's pretty bold compared to any budweiser/miller light/bud light all that bullshit. Crown Maple is really good, I don't do mixed drinks/shots really.

I could imagine, seems like it would be hard weeding through normal people that'd want to rent trying to figure out who would be the best tenant because you never really know.

You should see how many 12 packs are in my recycle bin right now since they only pick up every other week. I'd be homeless if I drank bombers all the time.

I have a spot 2 miles from my house that has most beers in one location in the state. 2500 I believe. They also sell singles for 12oz, so I try a lot. Also like makers mark on rocks as well as most whiskey and bourbon. I'm close to homeless.
