Sad but true. During my 20s, pain was just an muscle pain and few stiffness. I made few mistakes by thinking my body was still in 17-25ish at around age 32. Second mistake was that "macho mentality" or mind over body junk.

After I recover 68% of my joint recovery, I am just going to do easy exercise like "walk the park for 1hr" or "lift 25lbs"

My problem with cremation is that I like worms. I'd be honored to be a part of their diet. I wouldn't waste energy and resources to deny them of a meal.
