So, Vitaly Petrov.

Pretty sure his drive for Renault is over now. Way too many mistakes. Anyone disagree?

he showed some talent of a few races but not enough

I wonder who his replacement will be? Sutil would be interesting.

I think a Glock might have been eye'ing the seat as well, but I'd like to see Sutil there most.

Somewhat related to the oil technology question - I thought you might find this interesting. It turns out that Shell debuted a new biofuel at Korea that gave them a slight weight advantage. It's at the end of the article

I think Heidfield might be an interesting choice for Renault next year he has the experience and he has worked with Kubica before.

Interesting. Heidfeld IMO has always been an underrated driver, although I think Kubica has surpassed him as of late.

NO. Heidfeld like Truli, Fisi and some Asian drivers don't belong in F1. They stink of failure.

Trulli and Fisi at least won a race. Heidfeld had a race winning car and couldn't ever produce.

God...I'm sick of Eddie Jordan....
After the race, in BBC Forum, he kept putting the idea of supporting one drive over the other....telling McLaren its time to support Hamilton, RBR to support Webber....he just wouldn't let it go...and starting to call McLaren employees stupid....

In reality he is right. Button is not going to win, so why not help his teammate? When you have two teams fighting each other and one team which is pushing in a unified direction it is not that hard to see his point. IMO, RBR can go either way, but McLaren needs to be behind Hamilton because without that they don't have a chance.

I know...but of course the folks in McLaren Technology center wouldn't say it out loud in front of the media just 15 mins after the race...but eddie just keep going on and on....as if he wants the team to admit "yah...we're putting team order now" in front of billions of people....

Button's chance....mathematically yes....reality no....its a more mixed fight than Kimi won back in 2007...

the only way to win will be webber crash into vettel and hamilton crash into alonso in both brazil and abu dhabi....and he won the remaining two races....

anywayz....EJ just getting annoying in one subject....

I think drivers know when they're done, and would support their teammates without saying. I'm sure if SV is out of title contention in Abu Dhabi, he'd support MW, even if he (and many others) think he's a d*ck . Brazil will be a VERY interesting race.

Why would SV, or others, think MW is a d*ck? Because he is their closest rival?

MW has the most pressure on him out of all of the championship contenders. He is in a team that would rather see the younger, less experienced teammate win. This is shown by this year's prior events, i.e. Turkey and Hungary. Although not many would openly admit it in the Red Bull team, I believe they harbor these feelings. Just my opinion.

Don't you mean Britain? That's where the wing fiasco was.
