I think Morgan's backstory was probably the best show I have seen so far.

I question Eastman's "akido" though, and continual claim that "all life is precious" So zombies aren't a form of life then?

I too felt this episode was very long in the tooth. Nice to know why Morgan is all "Monk-like" but they could've covered it in 20-30min easily! As far as him attempting to repeat what was done to him by Eastman with that captured Wolfe, utter stupidity! Especially after what he just said to his face about killing all including the kids in the community. Again... Where is the "Common Sense"? I actually thought Morgan was gonna jam his staff right thru the guys head after his comments. But nope. SO needless to say, I consider Morgan a foe. If not only for his unwillingness to cope with all the Monsters remaining in the world, not just Walkers.

He should really be dead given where they left him the episode before last. If they try to pull a fast one and make him somehow survive that I'd be disappointed in the show. As far as him being on the set, in addition to filming out of order, he can also appear in flashback scenes or as someone's memory so no telling what those pics imply.

Right, good points. Further info pointing to Glenn being alive however is that Yuen has signed a contract to be on the show for another year. As well, having Jesus Monroe at an earlier scene but not later on while they're in Alexandria doesn't make much sense if you consider the comics. He's a major character, so he may have a hand in the eventual rescue of Glenn but I don't know.

I think you're right about the timing, I expect it in the show after next, that being episode 6 (or perhaps 7) of this season. There have been some rumors going around about Yuen filming in the sewers as well. It's possible there's a manhole or something right underneath the dumpster and he escapes through the manhole, but it's unclear. I think we'll find out in episode 6/7. Probably 7 so three weeks away.

Another solid episode, but yeah, 90 mins for a backstory? A bit much. Perhaps the writers are implying that Morgan will be a main character going forward.

I did not expect to see the Glenn question answered so quickly. I imagine the next time we see Glenn there will be some other big news like a new character or a spectacular death. Maybe both?

I have a bad feeling that Morgan's pet Wolf is going to wind up killing Carol, which might have been what all the foreshadowing was in Episode 2 between the two of them. Man I hope not though, hah.

TWD has been full of "filler" episodes since inception, welcome to getting sucked in to a TV show, cable or not..........and if Glenn isn't dead, then this show has started the downward slide towards The Dome or Lost.

I like how the TWD trolled viewers by removing "Glenn" from the opening credits last week. At least they'll address Glenn this episode. How much of it I have no idea. TWD likes to drag things out.

Hmm, last night's show was a let down for me. I thought it was going to be another action packed episode with Rick running towards the gates screaming "OPEN THE GATES" with a massive herd behind him, but alas it was not to be.

The biggest question I had all episode was where was Carol? She should have been in this episode as it focused back on Alexandria, so I'm confused as to why she wasn't in the show (we even saw Morgan for a few seconds at least). She might have had prior acting commitments or something when the episode was filmed.

Oh well, hopefully next week will be better.

Agreed and wish they would just move on from him instead of continuing to drag it out.

A very slow and not so great episode. Too much wooo is me shit. Diana, the new doctor chick, etc. We get it. It sucks in the apocalypse.

The only redeeming quality was the special effects of the sewer walkers. Pretty amazing. You can't take for granted how good the effects are on this show. At least they're always trying to up their game there. The show feels too fragmented right now. Where did Daryl go? What's going on with Sasha? Did they take the walkers 20 miles out? They spent way too much time on useless Alexandrian's.

Watched Talking Dead and love Alexandra Breckenridge. So fucking cute. If anyone watched the first season of AHS, she was so hot as the young maid.

And when does lil shit kicker get to kill her first zombie? As fast as her brother is growing up, she should be more than a bundle in someone's arms at this point.

Some character development but too slow. Not that much progressed in the story. No one cares about the alexandrians. Enough about their story. Add a few to the group, kill off the rest and move on.

Maggie's rant was the best part. I felt that she was speaking on behalf of the audience. Then she erased Glenn's name. Keep hope alive!

Idk I feel like I'm the only one that actually enjoys the back stories. I find it interesting to see how the characters have developed since the start and its interesting to see how their environment has shaped their viewpoint on things.

My thoughts on Glenn:
This isn't the first time on TWD that we have been duped into thinking a character has died for them to only show up a couple episodes later.

If he is not dead, I believe the other guy landed on top of him, and he will somehow be able to roll under the dumpster and figure something out from there. Keep in mind that Sgt. Abraham and the girl with him are still out there. In the trailer for the next episode they are searching for him. Like people have mentioned before that the next 1-2 episodes will determine if Glenn is dead or not. To me it seemed as if their was someone on top of him when he fell off the dumpster, but with that said I do believe a major character will die this season.

One thing I haven't understood is why are they not wearing protective gear when they are out to prevent zombie bites. If anyone remembers when they were in the city and when they were held up in the prison in a scene they were covered from full head to toe in full riot gear. I get that its not readily available but I'm sure they can make makeshift armor to prevent bites in vital areas.

I missed this past Sunday's episode so I hope to watch it after work today. I refuse to read the spoilers above! Since two episode before, I've looked at dumpsters differently.
