yeah, if anything the player would end up being the one to have to give in.. Yankees won't change for no one

Don't want Price. His asking price is $22-25m per year for 7-9 years. No way. I would love the Yankees to go for Zimmermann, and Ben Zobrist. Somehow trade Tex, and Gardner. They need to get younger and faster. The game has changed. Also, lower the ticket prices for the legends section. I mean really, $1,250.00 for a baseball game. If you're watching post season baseball right now, you see how much the the fans are into the game. Towels, and fans near the field wearing their team colors/jerseys. Not button down shirts, and suits. Let's get the real Yankee fans close to the action, and keep corporate america in the luxury boxes. I have a season ticket plan for over 12 years, and I'm not sure if I'm going to renew for 2016.

It's a total ripoff. I don't know of a enthusiasts Yankee fan going to Yankee stadium to eat sushi, steak, lobster, etc. Give us a hotdog and a beer and call it a day. And the person who approved the Mohegan Sun bar in centerfield that obstructs some bleacher seats should have there head examined. This stadium to me SUCKS! Unfortunately the team I love plays there.

i cancelled this past season. only had a 16 game plan(friday home games) whatever.. not a lot of money but now i don't even feel like going that many times a year.. i'd rather just go on stubhub and be able to pick and choose.

first time in years that i didn't go to a Yankee game.

funny, the only time i went this year was for NYCFC vs NY Red Bulls..

I also have a 16 game package. I keep opening day, Boston, and usually one other game. All the games are weekdays, and I'm not able to go because I have to work. Since the opening of the new Stadium, ( 2009 ) I've had a difficult time selling my tickets at face value. I sell about 4-6 games at work. The rest I put on Stubhub, and usually take a lost. I started buying more weekend games on Stubhub the last two seasons, and I'm able to find good seats at less than face. So someone else is also taking a loss on their tickets. Sorry Yankees, your no longer worth the price of admission. You have players wearing numbers that linemen wear in football. Retired numbers just to put fans in the seats.Really. Monument park is a special place. I'm a diehard Yankee fan since the 1970s. The team, stadium, crowd, concession stand prices, and parking cost has really been a turn off. So I decided to finally give up something that I thought I would pass on to a family member. So, I'm saying Goodbye...

Yankees are in a rebuilding period. Hard to believe but the Yankees are now back in the days of the early/mid 90's with potential young stars who can build hope. This team needs to get younger as from the looks of the Mets across town, Yankees may soon be 2nd fiddle.
