HAM isn't a team player. My guess is he will only cause friction and heartburn at Ferrari

Once again, I don't HATE HAM!!!! It''s just wrong place wrong time.
Ham is a great teamate - I'm not sure where this story comes from that he's not. And I would be he's absolutely the fastest driver on the grid.

Not washed, but on a decline.

In 2022, Russel finished higher than Ham in the drivers...

look, he's a good driver, but he's not the great that he once was. Similar to Fernando - nobody argues that Fernando is still the same driver that he once was. He's still good and arguably still deserves a spot on the grid, but he's also on the decline.

You are aware that Ham sacrificed his standings to do testing on the new car in 2022...just like he did at the begining of this year. Last year he literally wiped the floor with everyone one on the grid who wasn't in a Redbull.

In your opinion, Ham on a decline in the 4th slowest car = to the rest of the grid.

Ham was consistent, but definitely didn't "wipe the floor". He podiumed 6 times. Checo podiumed 9 times. Fernando 8 times. Leclerc 6 times. Norris 7 times.

We'll see what happens next year.

4th fastest car. 3rd most points. Russell was like 7th on the list.

LEW isn't a team player . LEW is used to get a lapdog teammate ...

I get Charlie is not too happy with the Ferrari boards' decision to off load Carlito and we'll see another Charlie next year with even sharper teeth and the board is hoping that decision will make the two compete against each other in such a way as to improve the pace of what it was before.
