Second attempt at Detroit-ish style pizza yesterday. First attempt (week before / not pictured) was edible but a bit too well done. This one could have used another 30-60 seconds in the oven but was very good.

Apparently there was some kind of vigil outside of meat company, so I decided to do my part and have a counter protest. Sadly, I couldn't include the whole farm (bacon) just a cow and a chicken.

My weekly Freshly delivery arrives on Thursday morning so I'm eating one of their meals tonight... Chicken Parm.
I'm not sharing this because I'm proud of this or anything; instead I thought I'd share that I'm a fan of Freshly. Their food is decent and provides a good baseline meal option between ordering/eating out, and making real food.

We do meals from HelloFresh maybe once a month. I'm a fan, they provide everything for the recipe and we have never had a case where the food wasn't fresh. Did a few of them this week, lemon hollandaise salmon with Brussel sprout risotto, teriyaki chicken w/ boom boom sauce an some other stuff (oven ready meal), and I think we did another but it is slipping my mind. Each one was great, the salmon meal was fantastic. My fiance likes to order them for weeks we know that we will be busy, works out great.

Been at the beach this weekend and stopped for dinner with friends. We got Beef Carpaccio, Lamb Chops, Duck Cigars, Filet, Veal Pistachio, Serrano Ham Wrapped Tuna, and Creme Brûlée.

Haven't been out to a nice dinner because of Covid in forever so this dinner was very enjoyable. Excuse the crap photos, lighting outside was very dark.
