Broke thru the 193 plateau and dropped to 191 I think adding the running back into the mix helped, and still pretty much 11:30-noon before I have more than a cup of coffee and yakult in the a.m.

They also swoon over men that are dedicated to their significant others and act as if other women don't exist. Secretly, we know they exist and enjoy them, but we mustn't act in such a manner. Women will continue to dress in a way that you will appreciate, until you appreciate it too much and it creeps them out. They will either stop dressing in such a way or continue to do it and avoid you at all costs.

Such rookies! you guys are doing it all wrong. You absolutely stare but with your jaw on the ground with hearts floating above your head. That's how chicks want to feel and they won't admit it. If they're wearing makeup you know they're there to feel wanted and appreciated. Who the hell wears makeup to the gym?

So my PT appointment got changed to Monday morning. Weight this morning was 216.1lbs. But I had a pretty big meal last night.

I'm going to do something that I can never remember doing....I'm taking the next entire week off of the gym since I'm taking the week away from my job. Going to get 2 hours of intense shoulder/trap/Rhomboid work......then plan the entire week off to rest and relax. So that will be 2 weeks this year off from the gym.

Besides....I have my MILVS that I plan to install, and want to get ahead on the preventative maintenance of all our cars. But that's the kind of stuff that relaxes me.

Next week I plan to come off of my bulk, adjust my calories, and basically reset. I've grown tired of forcing down food, and none of my clothes fit me that well.

I would say it's been a pretty good bulk, but I'm ready to start leaning back out. Between now and March of next year, I plan to alternate between bulking and cutting each month and see if I can up a solid 200lbs around 8% next vacation. I've been there years ago....and the last 2 years I have ended up about 7lbs heavier each year by our beach trip.

I'm easily bored by things, so I think this will be a nice goal to keep me focused!

Hand surgery Monday morning, went to the gym Tuesday evening. Not my smartest decision. Couldn't do much other than cardio, but I made that elliptical my bitch. 55 minutes, 3.5 miles, 840 calories burned. Some people looked at me like I was a fool for being there, but the way I see things is that a few stitches and some soreness are not going to keep me down. Going to attempt legs tonight. Rest is for suckas.

Aggravated my sciatic nerve this morning doing front squats, fuck my life. Hope I'm in less pain tomorrow. Sometimes when I aggravate it the pain will dissipate over a day and two and I'm good to go, but during one instance it last for 3+ months, fingers crossed....

Did back/bi last night, again with the much higher weight and lower reps. After 50 minutes as I was walking to the pool my skin was FULL on my arms. 2 sessions in the cold, one in the hot. By the time I got home, I was back to saggy ;(

Ate my beet dirt and washed it down with a musclemilk lite, then hit the hay. Man, overnight I got COLD, but too tired to find another blanket. Even the dog wouldn't cuddle with me.

Heart stuff been dealing with is a non issue. Have svt so will get bump in heart rate and associated pain sometimes pressure or sob but ct scan shows no abnormalities, enlargement or plaque development in heart or valve issues. No increased risk of mortality and can take meds, elected not to. Just have to get my ldl bit under control. Too much meat and dairy apparently.
