I went to Costco today and grabbed one of those Salmon Milano with Basil Pesto Butter ready-to-cook tins they always have. It's not exactly the cleanest fish (farm raised, and fed shit to make them have more color), but it's very high in protein, tasty, inexpensive, and easy to make. I had 2 pieces (14oz) and added my favorite sides... 2 cups of broccoli, and a 1/2 cup of brown rice.

Not dinner, but I got an Ice Cream machine for my b-day (the wife and kids got it for themselves, let’s be honest)
So far we’ve made, some frozen yogurt, vanilla bean ice cream, and a salted carmel gelato |
