BTW, If you own high end Real Estate in your 20's it's nearly impossible to have over an 800 score making under $250k/year (Assuming you actually have fun with your extra cash). Just some useless facts for ya

Nommmm! OMG Lups if you're ever in the Ballard, WA area you absolutely HAVE to go try La Carta De Oaxaca, it's hands down the best Mexican food I've had (including in Mexico).
