In fact I can see a big overall difference since you started that bulking diet. You've gained size everywhere, and look like you still kept bodyfat in check.

So just wanted to show my dad's progress last year when he let mesetup his diet. He has congestive heart failure, has numerous stints, and has had 4X bypass surgery.

His total cholesterol was over 300 when we started in 2017. Pics are from March 12 of 2018 ( Look at top at name of file) and then June of 2018.

I didn't want him on statins, so he didn't take them and see started. You see a 50 point drop in Total cholesterol in these pics. Before that, he was averaging almost a drop of 30 points a month with each test.

Later I will post some of this year's results as he kept it going even though he let his diet slip. So he was able to avoid a prescription that has some nasty sides for some. I also have him on supplements for his blood pressure and heart rate. Just one pill a day, and he was also able to come off his blood pressure medicine along with his heart rate medecine.

There are natural remedies to almost everything out there, you just have to research for it.

You saying I'm small bro

Shoulders are easy do almost no direct shoulder work besides rear delts, feel they are lacking. They get enough work from chest moves and traps.

Ugh! Early morning leg workout totally into it, mind focus like a predator on obliterating these weights and of course hot chick with white hip high yoga pants decides to hike up her yoga pants than roll them down to the lower part of her hips exposing but a dental floss string curving up and around her hips than hikes it back to normal...WTF! I'm a dude that gets easily distracted by hotties...what can I say?

Its WhackOff Wednesday even tho its Thursday I'm sorry...heading to the showers

Went and had my shoulder worked on yesterday. Had ART, muscle pinning, scraping, Graston, and cupping. Afterwards, had it adjusted and the TENS unit applied.

Aside from the residual pain from the procedures itself, shoulder feels awesome with full range of motion today.

Going back in 2 weeks to get my traps done to break up deposits and stretch the fascia.

This stuff is more painful than deep tissue massage on your quads after a hard leg session.....but man it is so worth it!

Stuck at 193lbs.

So, first time in a while I actually LIFTED at the gym last night. Made the switch from weight levels that allowed 10-12/set to 6-8/set. Don't think I've ever pulled that weight on cables before, and certainly never on the preacher bench. My shoulder just said "nope" to cable pull-down behind the head, so I kept it all in front.

Had to break the rule and get real coffee this morning.

Rmtt what did you look for in a masseuse to get that treatment? My current one does a fine job of just relaxing me, but she never really DIGS into my hamstrings like I want.

Falling asleep at my desk. I want to be at the gym.

Cardio again tonight. Should be a lift day, but going to the girlfriends tonight and don't want to be pressed for time. I'll hit the weights tomorrow so I can spend as much time as I want there. The past few lift days, I've had to hurry through; that shit just pisses me off. Been working the shoulders a lot on cables lately. These poor bastards have no clue of the hurting they are in for tomorrow.

I look for a Chiropractor/Physical Therapist that primarily deals with sports injuries. They tend to be the ones most up to date on this kind of stuff. I'm telling you...look for someone that does muscle scraping and Graston...and they will tear your hamstrings apart!

The guy I use actually works out at my gym. But in the past, I have just looked online for a Deep Tissue Masseuse in the area. These are the ones that can really dig in there and break things up.

As much as I would prefer a woman to do all of that..most women I found don't have the strength to get deep enough into thickly muscled areas....so it usually ends up being a guy.

I have only found one woman who could almost make me cry...and it was an older Asian women that looked so frail, you would have never guessed she could do what she did. But she ended up retiring.

I have chest tomorrow. This is the first time my programming has me attempting a 4 plate single on bench. I haven't done that in over 5 years. I think it's going to be more of a mental block than anything if I don't hit it.

Hopefully I get it...but if not I won't let it bother me too much. This weight gain has been treating me good. Last chest day I was repping 265lbs on Incline!

If my weight continues to keep going up, I'm going to have to get some more clothes soon.

Ahhh, abuelita. My wife's gramma was a Hispanic sobadora. I had one of those catches under the scapula, and wife took me to see her. Abuelita has me lay down on the floor, and she probably was older than she weighed. Wife tells me that all the words she was saying were prayers, just not sure to whom. She beat the shit out of the knot and it was gone.

That's wild. I have witnessed some strange things that you don't hear about anymore. Most vivid memory is seeing my dad's shirt catch on fire outside where he was burning some brush. It quickly spread and I couldn't help as I was only 6-7yo....but by the time the neighbor got down and put it out he had sever burns from his left shoulder all the way down his arm. He had some hair burnt as well as part of his left ear.

It was a mess, skin hanging off.....I was just in compete shock. The neighbor took him away....I assumed the hospital. But he came back about 3 hours later, and looked like he barely had a sunburn.

I heard him telling my mom that the neighbor took him to an old woman that lived a few miles up the road who treated him with some ointment...and heard him mention the phrase "She Talked the Fire out".

I had never heard that before....and I have never heard it since. But if I didn't see everything with my own eyes....I would be the biggest skeptic!

Is Beet root what I need? I don't see anything else here at Walmart's vitamins aisle that says beets. $7.88 for Beet root in pill form. 90 count

Beet root. It can be in powder or pill form. You want about 5 grams each time you use it.

With that much, powder is usually cheaper although it tastes rough.
