Dude autopilot is legit. Doesn't work well in heavily congested areas like NYC but other than that, the shit works. I've tried it.

And that's only a couple year old tech. Wait until 2024 for elon's big improvements.

It is actually really nice. Stigma aside, I would not be against having one as a second car in CA when I start a family. I have a few (several) past posts bashing Teslas, but I drove my friends Model Y recently and it was just so comfy and practical. It felt like being on a cloud coming from daily-ing a 6mt m3 with buckets...

I also bashed tesla too. Back in like 2016 lol. When i didn't know shit about them. Once you learn, drive them, have friends with them, read about them, know what elon's plan for his company in the future, all you can do is jump on board with team tesla.

EV is the future anyway and so far i can't see any other company doing what tesla has done/is going to do so yes i'm excited to finally join the family come spring!

Teslas are ugly, soulless cars. I blame Elon for killing the willingness in many ICE enthusiasts to switch to EVs. Even worse, given Tesla’s undeniable success, many mainstream manufacturers started copying Tesla’s sterile, minimalist, pragmatic design and creating an army of ugly, soulless EV SUVs with huge center console iPads and cheap plasticy interiors. The (enthusiast’s) future looks bleak.
