Hopefully won't be as bad as the first, but given that its DC, there's still a chance.

Watched Quo Vadis, Aida? last night. As a war refugee from Bosnian it really hit home. Good money if you don’t know much about the war and in particular Srebrenica

Both exceptionally good movies. I liked the nose jokes in Roxanne. I especially like Planes, Trains & Automobiles, though. John Candy was a great physical comic.

Another John Candy movie I really like is Uncle Buck, also by written and directed John hughes. I liked Macaulay Culkin's part, and Laurie Metcalf is hilarious.

A movie that reminds me of Planes, Trains & Automobiles is Due Date. It is a riot! There's a scene where Zach Galifianakis' French bulldog, Sunny, rubs one out. Never seen a dog do that. lol

Wife and I watched I Care a Lot last night. Overall we enjoyed it, good amount of suspense, and Rosamund Pike was excellent as always, her best role yet since Gone Girl.

We watched the dig on Netflix last night. A really good movie, Especially if you like period pieces, archaeology, and World War II.

We watched Crisis, which was set in the U.S. but I think a Canadian production. I don’t think it got great reviews but we liked it.

Saw it a while back and liked it as well. Made me think different of Tonya Harding.

Wife and I watched The Tax Collector (w/Shia LeBouf) last night, to give it a try. The 1st 1/2 started out pretty well, but by the end of the movie, if flopped & we could see why it's rating was a 4.8/10 on IMDB.

Speaking of Shia LaBeouf, saw a good movie recently (rewatched) with him called Lawless. Also has Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain, Jason Clarke, and Guy Pierce. All good actors.

It's about bootlegging brothers during Prohibition. Excellent movie IMO.

It's based on a true story about the Bondurant brothers.

I watched The Serpent (docuseries) on Netflix and it was very interesting. I enjoyed it very much. Blew my mind how things were so different back in the 70’s.

More on Shia LaBeouf, the Peanutbutter Falcon was a great movie.

Also if you're a fan of movies like the Tax Collector, I liked El Chicano.
