Wife and some friends of ours finished watching Bad Times at the El Royal. Not sure how I missed this movie when it came out but it was excellent. Everyone really liked it. Great plot, engaging mystery and stories/characters, and great acting. Definitely worth a watch.

I thoroughly enjoyed I Car A Lot. The Hispanic actress is so fine.

You're welcome. Pike's character annoyed me early in so it could have set a bias for me early on. It was really because of her character bilking the elderly out of everything they. So take my overall opinion with a grain of salt. After all, I am a person who enjoyed Tucker and Dale vs Evil.

Another good movie that's written and directed by Martin McDonagh is In Bruges. Ralph Fiennes is pretty funny. He reminds me of Ben Kingsley's character in Sexy Beast.

I watched it. It was pretty good. I hated her character's behavior, so the writer's mission was accomplished. Lol!

I rewatched "bowfinger" last night. Steve Martin comedy. I forgot how hilarious Steve Martin and Eddie Murphy were in this film. Absolutely hilarious!

Speaking of Steve Martin, one of my faves is "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels". What a great movie that was with Michael Caine. The way they continued to con each other throughout was hilarious.

The scene with Dr. Schaffhausen(Caine) treating the wheelchair stricken Freddy Benson(Martin) was one of the best.

I watched the Highwaymen the other day. I like historical movies like this and Crusty Costner and Woody Harrelson work well together.

Have any of you ever seen Cadence? I have not watched that one in a long time but I enjoyed it quite a bit. Charlie & Martin Sheen, Lawrence Fishburn were the big names. Its an old flick...1990
