Yes sir! I checked it- and as I was driving home from the gym- it showed it had already passed rosarito but was barely passing playas de Tijuana, so I took the little detour and was able to snap a couple photos of it from the side of the road!

I have bad news for you. I went over to the PD this morning because I saw a bunch of traffic on the road to work. There was some sort of threat to the port, and its been closed while they check all the berths with K9 units. Nothing in or out until all the berths are cleared and they determine where I called 911 from. . . I mean that guy called 911 from, because I would never shut down a whole port just to delay a ghost-bearing ship
