Is that a wireless thermometer? If so, which one and how do you like it?

It is a Meater +. It bluetooths to an app on the phone. You set the cook and it tells you when it is at temp and to remove from heat and then times the rest. It is awesome. My wife loves it too and uses it in the oven for meatloaf, chicken etc.

The regular one has a 30' range, and the + has 110' range. I sat in the living room on my butt while grilling.

Nice. I’ve been thinking about a couple of these myself since my wife and I like steaks at different temps.

Cooked up one of my last Costco Prime ribeye steaks with my usual sides.. brown rice, mushrooms, and broccoli. I'm definitely going to have to run to Costco soon.

Wife wasn't feeling great so I did oven roasted chicken stuffed with lemon, fresh garlic and rosemary sprigs. Threw some vegetables in for good measure.

tacos de papas con carne. There just isn't much comfort food that is that easy to make/eat.

condiments included avocados from the backyard, sour cream, mozzarella, and some ship-hull-cleaning salsa.

i had a little "tummy trouble" this am. . .
