I'm risk averse. Usually because I'm on the losing side most times I stick my neck on the block.

Becoming emotionally involved with anything will only lead to a negative outcome. This applies to all things, women, jobs, cars, homes. You have to change your outlook to become successful. While this is true for some things, it's not so cut & dry where it can be applied to everything & everyone.

I would love to do that sensei, but this class is for solid mechanics and there's like maybe 1-2 cute girls of 10-12 girls in a class of maybe 70-80.

especially with cars, we love cars here. but sometimes it is time for it to go (looking at you, lincoln) but we can't sell it because every time we sit in it we realize how mucuh of a comfy yacht it is

In my experience, my children are the only exception....and even they have their limits that I will allow them to push me to. I love my children more than life itself and would gladly lay down my life for them, but when it comes to common sense or finances, I will only help them if they are making strides in helping themselves first. I've managed to get rid of all negative influences in my life; it wasn't easy as most were family. Funny thing is they still keep having the same awful shit happen to them and my life is skyrocketing.
