Lol... You do understand that Merc was Brawn and Tyrell? If you're a fan of Mclaren then that team is still there, or did we switch when they started winning in the turbo-hybrid? HAM is like Schumi, an excellent driver in an amazing car... Nothing more! |

there is BAR and Honda, Brawn also after Tyrrell actually.. and things changed a lot during this time.. dont understand why you re mentioning Merc was Brawn before.. Red Bull was Stewart before Jaguar, Torro Rosso was Minardi, Renault was Toleman many years ago.. Racing Point today was Jordan, so? and im not sure you know Schumi's dirty side that much.. thats why i mentioned..

Is Kimi making things work for Alfa or what? I really enjoyed this last race. Doesn’t really change the final outcome, but still awesome that things are moving around vs the same old Ferrari, Mercedes in the front.

See? That's the problem with Merc fanboys, they followed Hamilton who used to win with McLaren to Merc and became Mercedes fans. They forgot about McLaren and stuck with the winner. If Mercedes loses and Hamilton moves to Haas they will cheer for Haas 😂 |

Lol I'm just busting your chops. It's weird to me that someone roots for McLaren then says he rooted for Mercedes since the McLaren days (when Mercedes was nonexistent) then says it's because of Ron Dennis 😂 You know I was a Ferrari fan since when Jean Todt was there, so now I'm a fan of every Motorsport team because Todt is FIA president 😂

Max is a boss, best driver in F1 to me without question. Put him in Bottas' car and Hamilton won't win another championship. This is not saying Hamilton isn't one of the greatest drivers of all time, I just think Max is better at this point in their careers. |

Both times Max won this season both had a horrible race start! Coincidence?
Just shows never give up, and you'll never know what the race will reward you!

Best race of the year and best race in a long time. So many gambles by the drivers and the teams. Surprising drive by Vettel given the conditions, his proclivity for being overly aggressive and the fact that he had to start last. Maybe that and the conditions made him focus on surviving and not on keeping up with Lewis. F1 absolutely needs to keep this track on the schedule every year.

But last year, he was leading the championship, while Hamilton was breathing down his neck. He has the most to lose, and definitely cracked under pressure.

Personally I think a race like the one on Sunday really shows the quality of the drivers without the bias of their vehicles. So many had issues with the tires and traction that it really came down to their ability as drivers. Max won due to a number of reasons (to include poor decisions by drivers and pit) but this race showed that if you put all the drivers on a level playing field, the ones with real talent will stand tall on the podium.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy watching Lewis win races but I think the Merc vehicles really give him and Bottas the upper-hand in most cases. This was an example of the rare occasion and I truly enjoyed watching the race for the first time in a long time.

You do know that it's ok to be the fan of a driver without regard to the team they drive for...no? It seems that you have Hamilton hatred deep in your heart. And no...I've been watching Formula One since I was about 10 or 11 years old. James Hunt, Gilles Villeneuve and Mario Andretti were my first fav drivers. Later, as I learned more about the history of the sport, Von Tripps, Phil Hill, Jim Clark, and a host of others became my idols. Like Prost, MSC and Senna...you are watching something special with HAM. It's too bad you evidence too much hatred to see it. And so you don't think I'm a fanboy...I've been watching HAM since the lesser formulae. Formula Renault and GP2. And before you doubt his driving ability keep this in mind: He has a higher win rate in Spec Series than he has in Formula One. Cheers-mk
