So you wouldn't be upset if you bought a BMW and it had $50 cheapo tires? Tires are part of the car, BMW doesn't make the transmission either, it's probably a GM - you get the point.

I would be pissed too if a bubble showed up in my tire right after buying it. And my dealer (Rasmussen BMW) better damn well fix it. Losing a customer is not worth saving a couple hundred bucks.

i liked MB service... or the one near me... but the BMW service was just as good to me... only thing i was trippin bout is when i noticed part of the plastic of my steering wheel was kinda torn off... and it peeled. and i sure as hell did not do that myself.

I only have a few thousand miles on the car and have never hit anything other than normal road bumps and developed a bubble in the sidewall of a tire. You can see there was NO trama at all, not even a slight scuff and they want to charge me 450 bucks for a new tire. At MB they ALWAYS covered everything even when it was clear that they shouldn't have. They fixed a scratched seat that was obviously our fault. I guess you live and learn. I did love the car other than the hour wait to be waited on when dropping it off for service despite my appointment, a filthy Explorer as a loaner (MB always gave me a clean MB and even dropped it off and picked my car up) and then being raped for a tire that is obviously a manufactures defect.

Old well, I guess my MB salesman will be happy.

Sorry, but had to vent on somebody.
Lol dude, a bubble happens why the hell should they cover it? shoulda gotten the wheel and tire warrenty.

Having an MB and BMW, I can surely tell you that MB has much better service..but there are exceptions with a few dealers such as MBNewport Beach which has a small ass service center with slow service. And there are good BMW service centers too such as IrvineBMW

OK. kool. get the hell out of here then. thats one less illogical BMW driver on the road. and i dont mean to be a bastard saying this, but did you think about what you wrote? im going to go ahead and ask you to read over what you said (because im so nice, i put it in the quote for you). now, show me the problems with the CAR, you know, the stuff BMW makes? right. show me? your problem is with the tires, not the BMW manufacture. dont take your shit out on BMW, take it up with the tire manufacture. BMW has NO right to "kiss your ass". damn, what was going through your mind?

but shit, i know ur angry, so ill let it pass. when people vent, they have no idea whats going on. but if you do want a MB, i dont want to see you on this forum again please, thanks

your ignorance blinds me
