Peter Pan BMW... Wow. The service department there is literally a joke. Maybe the sales organization is way better, but my experience with the service department is preventing me from ever buying a car there.

Sorry, what was the subject of this thread again?
There’s always one guy who has to drag politics into any non-political conversation, and we just found him. How is that even relevant to the best dealerships in NA? No offense but can we keep this about BMWs since this is a BMW centric forum? We get bombarded with pro/anti Trump rhetoric everywhere else. I’m pretty sure most of us here would appreciate it. Facebook, Twitter, news articles, politics forums, etc....there are plenty of places to rant. Thanks for understanding.

Pacific BMW

Back on topic, I want to give a shout out to Greg Poland at Pacific BMW in Glendale, CA. I've had mixed experiences at Pacific BMW, but most recently have been working with Greg on my new i8. Greg is widely known in BMW circles as one of the best CA's in the country, and my experiences with him have confirmed his reputation. Can highly recommend him to anyone, even if you're not located in CA. (he does a lot of work with out of state clients).

A big shout out from me to BMW St. John's up here in Canada. These guys always do great work for me.

Today I had the driver airbag replaced on my E70 X5, and I had asked the service advisor to look at what in the heck I had done to the heating system, because the car was getting WAY too warm inside. Well, they fixed that perfectly, no charge. AND - they removed all the layers of winter dirt, grime and salt from the car - AND - they also cleaned to perfection the embarrassingly dirty aluminum winter rims plus cleaned the inside and the floor mats - so now it looks almost brand new. Like, I was looking at the car parked in the lot as the courtesy driver drove me back to pick it up after lunch and I thought "that CAN'T be my car, its clean and the wheels aren't grimy!" Oh yeah, and the airbag too. Even chuckled at my bad joke when I asked them if they tested the airbag.

Really happy to see Medford BMW make the list. I had to take in my 340i in for a check coolant warning while visiting family for Christmas. The SA immediately took my keys and got it topped off. The store was fairly new with a great waiting room and showroom. Much nicer than the original store downtown on Central Ave.

Fun fact - I used to work at the original location as a parts assistant during college.

Now East Bay BMW where I bought my 340. Yeah...
