To me sexuality is more broad concept, and it's not just lust that can be fulfilled anywhere anytime with anyone. I've probably said this enough times already, but abt 99.9% of men do absolutely nothing to me. A great body, meh. So fucking annoying if you just need to get laid and just can't. My favorite bachelor recipe was something I called "Surfer's Revenge" Make a basic pasta, usually alfredo, then throw a plank of grilled shark (salt, pepper, bit of olive oil) on top and enjoy.

Haha, cooking is by far my favorite hobby. I do two warm meals per day (kids need real food), and usually I bake bread for breakfast too, since I never could like anything commercially made. I haven't ever opened a cook book. It's more fun to come up with stuff and after a few trials and errors you know exactly what goes together with what. My kids love spicy stuff, so it makes life easy for me.

We have type two diabetes in the gene pool from both sides, so I've paid a lot of attention on how to get the pups to eat right from the start. Because I need my bimmerpost time, most dishes I make take less than ten minutes effort, and grant me an hour or so of cooking (bimmerpost) time.

Adding chilies to any meal (and not the spiciest ones, I prefer jalapeños) will accelerate your metabolism up to 20%.

Don't eat tuna, the destruction caused by catching those is awful and completely overlooked here.

Love the fish pasta idea(s)...Any fish you would not recommend for that type of dish? Seems like you'd want to pick something with a fairly defined flavor, IE not Cod or the like.

I love spicy stuff so chili won't be an issue.

I also love Tuna so your last comment makes me sad. Seriously though, thank you for the advice. I'll test some of that out this week.

You're right, the tastier (greasier) fishes works better in these. I'm seriously limited by my vocabulary here, so I'd need pics of fishes to point out the best ones.

You can buy tuna that is certified, you just need to do a bit of research first. This is my hippie shit side showing again.


Any time you need recipes, let me know. Just tell me the name of the main ingredients you want to use and I probably have a few you can use. this will ruin my image as the not giving a shit bitch but good food is to be shared.

Oh, to above: Dark rice would be even better for you, but most men truly do need the extra carbs. My hubby goes to the gym 5 times per week and he'd kill me if nothing extra would be served.
