Back on topic. At the gym last night. Can't for the life of me figure out how people function in real life when they can't figure out how to count. Looking for dumb bells and the 55 pounders are placed over where the 30s go and vice versa. It's not that hard people.

You know. It's funny you should mention this. There are times I have to walk the damn dumb bell racks from end to end to find matching pairs. And then there are times I have to walk the damn gym floor looking for the orphan dumb bell because someone was too lazy to put the weight back on the rack.

I was in gym yesterday. Before going to shower, I left my sneakers and t-shirt on the ground, right in front in the locker I was using. Maybe occupying 1 sq ft of space on the ground.

Coming out from the shower I noticed my stuff disappeared... I looked around, up and down, and finally found them inside a nearby garbage can...

I asked the cleaning guy in there, he doesn't speak any English but I think he meant he didn't do it. I guess some obnoxious guy thought my stuff was in their way and chugged them into the garbage?

Was what I did (leaving shoes and t-shirt in front of my locker) annoying? I seen other people do that all the time... Or I should be annoyed by whoever thrown my stuff into garbage?

Loud/stomping treadmill runners

The guy that insists on standing right in front of you while you lift so you know he's waiting for that equipment

Getting phone calls while listening to music in the middle of a set

A gym that only has 1 of something that is exercise specific

The guy that you see trying to lift your weights behind you every set to show he can do it too or better

Trying to decide in winter whether I want to bundle up and be hot/sweating, or wear less clothes and walk out to sharp wind

well actually the NYSC gyms around my town (in westchester) are really nice. up there i won't worry so much about people messing with my stuff. it's only those in NYC that are very ghetto...
