Dry rub lemon bay wings from a local pub. The lemon with Old Bay seasoning is less potent than Buffalo Wild Wings' dry lemon pepper seasoning, but still good.....

Raw Sunday here, so a good lazy, eezy-peezy crockpot day. Pork loin, mushrooms, carrots, potatoes and onions... and the rest of the rye bread.

I took the bird apart and vacuum sealed and froze five small bags. I boiled the carcass and made two tubs of stock for soup and sauces later.

We’re loving it! Can cook just about everything and is extremely easy to clean up afterwards. Highly recommend in lieu (or in addition to) a traditional grill.
