Tabbouleh!

With grilled whole wheat Chaldean flatbread.

Usual ingredients in the tabbouleh with two additions: Syrian cheese and cucumbers. Syrian cheese is firm, has a mild flavor and is reminiscent of mozzarella.

Love the combination of fresh mint and parsley. Seasoned with EVOO, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sumac and cumin.

Arugula, home made potato salad, hard boiled egg, onions, tomato, EVOO, lemon juice and S&P. Grapes for dessert.
