Wife and I have a ceramic plates for my plate carriers.
I wanted to do ceramic but couldn't dish out double for a plate for something I hope I will never use. Plus ceramics are finicky, you have to be careful how you handle them due to drops and possible cracks. I think you can't go wrong with either or honestly. Yes the whole rig is pretty heavy but if you ever need to use it I doubt a few extra pounds would be a factor lol.

Very true. Can't go wrong with either. For me weight was the biggest factor. Longevity wise, ar500 is a better choice imho.

I guess there are limitations to the amount of power these cars can actually handle on a routine basis.

Because the Seiko spring bars are so SO difficult to remove (for me), instead of going with a $9 Wal Mart replacement that has spring bars 1/2 the diameter, I decided to pay the $24 for OEM to include the band and new spring bars.

Thanks. The only photo I've posted with it so far was in the last photo contest, but I've definitely been practicing with it, though

No picture, but I took the tavor out today, it is so soft even when compared to mr stoners creation, like a twenty two well, not quite but you see what I'm saying.

the actuator is a bit heavy and a bit mushy but not as bad as other reviews would lead you to believe. Reset is pretty short and dare I say crisp.

Bought this guy. 2010 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams edition. Already added the LED off-road light bars, LED interior, rear door molle pouch storage, and wheels spacers. Next is lift and tires, then maybe a bumper.
