I love my wife!
Her uncle brought some chiles from Mexico. We cut some nopales in back yard, and while she cleaned those I went to corner store for diesmilo meat This might be Chile Colorado

I tried my hand at some home made pasta sauce. Didn't come out bad, but it was missing something. Maybe more spices and more olive oil? Not quite rich enough. I guess I need to do some research.

Thon et ratatouille
Tuna steak on ratatouille. So good! Pan seared tuna steak in EVOO with salt and lemon zest. Ratatouile with eggplant, bell pepper, zucchini, onion, garlic, tomatoes, cumin, coriander, S&P and EVOO. Framboises for dessert! |
