But since you're old, perhaps it's safer to use stemless wine glasses. I kid!

yes, I know it's not an M3, or an S4... but as a $5000 car that (was) 6 years old with 65,000 miles they're great cars

Nice, been researching fire pits myself. Can't decide if I want to buy a metal one or build one from stone/blocks.
Stone/blocks all day. Metal ones can warp and rust over time, and they look tacky imo. Trust me, I own one. I much prefer the fire pits I make while camping. Still make them narrow enough to accommodate the grille that I borrow from said metal fire pit..

I love my Plex. I've been using it for years and it just keeps getting better. I think one of these would help my remote access issues I run into occasionally when I want to watch what's on it from my other house.

I think I need to check one of these out especially if it has built-in storage where I can store my movies right on this where the Plex server resides.

Thanks for the share, I will check it out.

Its a pretty nice car but she isnt proactive in maintaining it so she wanted to replace it but now that Ive gotten a hold of it she is feeling better about it because Im going through and doing all of the maintenance that has been neglected for so long. I cant do that, seeing perfectly good vehicles decay due to bad maintenance triggers my OCD. Its not holding alignment well so this is the other "thing" I just bought, to be installed tomorrow:

Completely get it. My oldest, her sister, is driving home now to drop off her B8 A4. That was an AWESOME 1st car for her, but 4 years later, despite us paying all the bills while she's at college, it needs work, so over the next 3 weekends I have stuff to do before she's home for thanksgiving. It was WAY easier when I had the lift in the garage. Wish I didn't sell it.

For starters it needs both sides, upper and lower control arms. And her check engine light is flashing. After having a local to her garage check it, I think it's just oil pressure sensors, but they wanted $500 to change 2 $15 sensors.

LOL, her INDEDPENDENT shop wanted almost that much in labor to do plugs and coils (hers is a 4 banger). A 30 minute job even without the official coil puller.

Honestly its not about the money. For me its knowing its done right but also shit like that is INSULTING. Like Ill pay a pro money to do an actually hard job, but $500 to swap out 4 coils and plugs on a transverse 4 that isnt canted? F off!

I just received these today. My blue and white caps are looking pretty tattered so for 10 bucks on Amazon I thought, "Why not?". I'm not sure if you can read it but the description itself is almost worth the 10 bucks on it's own.
In case you can't make it out in the photo this is what is written on the card in the package, complete with original punctuation:

TIRE VALVES
DECORATE YOUR WHEEL

this is the fancy valve decorated cap with four electrons. which is made by metal material. which can instead of the original bad valve cap of the tyre, also show the beauty characteristic of the tyre.

Sweet. I love big luxo-cruisers. One of my favorite past cars was my 2001 740iL. Rode like a cloud and was fast AF.

Decided to buy a portable jump starter since it was a good deal on Amazon. Amazing how well these work, especially when a traditional jump start (car battery jumpered to car battery) doesn't work. Also able to use it to charge various devices with the miscellaneous ports built into it. Definitely nice for emergencies. This particular model goes up to 2,000 Peak Amps.

Bought my wife a heated steering wheel...little shocked Acura doesn't sell these straight out as an option on their upper vehicles (need to buy and dealer install)

Needless, was a deal - typically around $600+, got it for $390 from an out of state Acura dealer. Took about an hour and a half to install myself.

While not the same brand, mine has come in handy numerous times since I bought it. I think I've only had to use it on my car once though.

Picked these up to upgrade my 3.1 setup at home. Going to take my 3.1 Polk setup up to NC and add 2 more to make it a 5.1.

Yeah since I just bought mine I haven't had to use it yet but wished I had it earlier. When comparing the different ones out there I liked this one because it has a 65w super charge function so it only takes about an hour or so to fully charge this unit which is pretty incredible. It's 74Wh/20,000mAh which is a decent amount of power storage. I haven't seen another one with an LCD display showing the % of charge in the battery either.

Manufacturer states that it can hold a charge for 18 months without use. The final bonus was that it came with a 24 month warranty and another extra 12 months for signing up for their e-mails. I can live with that for a 3 year warranty.

I really don't see how you can beat this at just over a hundred bucks.
