Btw, I like those lounges, but I prefer the T4 Virgin Clubhouse in LHR. Massages, hair cuts, pool tables, high end champagne flights, two restaurants. I love visiting that damn place. |

Just a reminder that I haven't received my invitation for your NYE party yet. No rush, though.

Sorry, I'll be busy up at the cabin with a bottle of Dom chillin in the snow. Maybe next NYE. |

If you're going to go, go BIG! I can almost feel the hangover here in New Orleans...

Nah. No hangover. Just had one fishbowl glass. Had to drive Wifey to work earlier this morning, so I needed to be somewhat conscious.

Ran out of gin tonight so hit the cabinet and bit little bit of this rum left, decided to try a rum and tonic.... Don't know why I never went this route before, delicious.

Took a pic last night of some of the scotch I'm working on right now.
The newest acquisition (given my current cheap budget) is the bottle of Cutty Sark - the Prohibition edition. It's actually not bad for a blended scotch, and what is especially surprising is that it is somewhat smooth despite being 100 proof. Not smooth like bruichladdich and macallan and others, more like how a .45 is smooth compared to a .357. |

I drive past this distillery once a week, and the setting is amazing. I've been meaning to buy something from here as the area is so inspiring. I thought I'd try this as it's supposed to be served frozen. It doesn't disappoint as I'm not that fond of the heavy peat whiskys. This is a bit smoky, with nice honey/apple tones This is my Christmas treat. |

Maker's 46 tonight. Not bad. A little smoky, a little sweet.
