I had some awesome takeout BBQ dry-rub ribs and some sort of Thai-seasoned cauliflower for dinner, and it amazingly did not raise my sugar at all. Guess I'll be forced, yes forced, to eat ribs more often.....

Cabbage rolls stuffed with my pasta sauce and rice. Next time I'm doing a cabbage lasagna. Rolls are a real pita to make. But they're so good.

Easier to make than stuffed cabbage, but not as good.... Leftover pizza from last night, and baked shrimp with Taco seasoning and parmasain cheese, and.....

We've done un-stuffed cabbage (casserole?) by using chopped cabbage with all of the other fixing, but never tried to make a lasagna using cabbage in place of the evil pasta carbs.....
